Overview

Doggo Den is a premium dog boarding facility that needed a complete website overhaul to better convert visitors into bookings.

Challenge

Redesigning an outdated website to build trust with pet owners and streamline the booking process for a premium pet care service.

Approach

Developed a warm, trustworthy brand strategy centered on the emotional connection pet owners have with their dogs. Redesigned the site with clear service tiers, facility galleries, and a simplified booking flow.

Outcome

Launched a fully redesigned Squarespace site that increased online bookings and better communicated the premium quality of Doggo Den’s services.
