Postcard Job Hub is a macOS productivity app I designed and built to automate repetitive design job staging workflows at PostcardMania.
Challenge
Designers were spending 15–20 minutes per job on manual folder creation, file renaming, and template setup. This repetitive work added up across hundreds of jobs per week.
Approach
Mapped the existing manual workflow step-by-step, identified automation opportunities, and designed a native macOS app with a clean interface that handles folder structures, file naming conventions, and InDesign template management in one click.
Outcome
Reduced job staging time from 15–20 minutes to under 2 minutes per job, freeing up significant design capacity across the team.
